Around the periphery are the words "THOMAS P. HINMAN DENTAL MEETING" and the words "MAGNA EST VERITAS ET PRAEVALEBIT". In the top left corner is the Greek letter delta for dentistry, and in the bottom right corner, the omicron for addend or tooth. In the top right corner are the same sheaves of wheat and in the bottom left corner, a small rod of Asclepius.
