Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a gas pump consists of a top canopy on the left of which is the word "SINCLAIR" in red stylized font on a white background. Starting from the right edge of the canopy to about one-third of the way from the right side is a dark green graphic design that arches out from the left side bottom to the top. The top end of the arch gradates from dark green to light green to white and back to dark green with the gradation in a V formation. The mark also consists of a bottom panel with a green graphic design, which consists of a solid green stylized arch which gradates from dark green to light green to white. Within the solid green portion of the bottom panel is a stylized polygon that is white in color with a stylized green dinosaur under the word "SINCLAIR" in stylized red font.
