Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tanker truck for use in the provision of services featuring a green truck cab with a white stylized polygon on the door of the cab. Superimposed upon the white polygon is a stylized green dinosaur underneath the word "SINCLAIR" in red stylized font. The mark continues on the tanker trailer with the left side of the truck being a green graphic design that arcs out toward the right side. The outer right edge of the arc is dark green in color and the upper portion of the area between the outer left edge of the truck and the inner edge of the arc graduates from green to light green to white before meeting the dark green outer edge of the arc. The space from the dark green edge of the arc to the end of the trailer is white in color. The end of the trailer tanker trailer is a green oblong half oval. To the left of the green half oval shape, in the white area of the trailer, is the word "SINCLAIR" in stylized red font overlapping a stylized green dinosaur. The other matter shown in broken lines depicting the tanker truck, inclusive of the truck cab, cab door, truck trailer, wheels, steps into the cab and trailer, mud flaps, undercarriage structures, and outer railing, is for placement of the mark purposes only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. Unless otherwise specified, the color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
