RETIREMENT BALANCING ACT

Mark description

The mark consists of the words "Retirement Balance Act" and three distinct graphic elements. The words "Balancing Act" are aligned horizontally, with the initial letters of each word capitalized. The letter "l" in "Balancing" is represented by, and replaced with, a graphic element, namely, a vertical line having circles of different sizes at either terminus, the smaller circle at the bottom. Atop the larger circle is a second graphic element consisting of a line with small circles of equal size at its terminus. This line is aligned approximately ten degrees off the horizontal baseline created by the words "Balancing Act," the left end higher than the right end, creating the effect that the line is balanced atop the vertical graphic element. Sitting atop this second graphic element, and aligned with, it is the word "RETIREMENT" in all capital letters, but in a smaller font that "Retirement Balancing." Suspended above the letter "E" in "Retirement" is a third graphic element consisting of a short horizontal line which appears to be a disjointed continuation of the first graphic element, a small circle at its upper terminus.
