Mark description

The mark consists of "Milwaukee Burger CO. Grill & Bar" is superimposed upon a geometric figure, the background of which is black. The word "Milwaukee" is red with a yellow outline and is in a larger font than the remainder of the words, with the letter "A" centered in the mark and in an even larger font. "Milwaukee" is underlined by a red curved line that increases in width as it extends away from the center of the mark. The aforementioned "A" interrupts the continuity of this red line. The background of the mark is a black modified oval, the top two thirds of which are extended out depicting a rectangle made of three lines wherein the top line of the rectangle has been curved upward, completing the oval shape. The outermost border of the oval is black followed by a yellow border, bisected by a red line. The words "Burger Co." are centered within a smaller, elongated oval, red in color which is in the foreground of the larger modified oval and which partially obscures the bottom of the rectangle described above. "Burger" is outlined in black and filled in with yellow, and "CO." is outlined in black and filled in with white. The words "Grill & Bar" are yellow in color and are centered in a filled in rectangle attached and incorporated into the large oval shape, with the bottom line angled up in the middle, the location of which hangs from the bottom center of the oval and remainder of the mark.
