Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized white wording "GARDEN OF LIFE" in a blue oblong banner that has a white and black border. The banner horizontally intersects a white and black circle depicting, above the banner, a scene of a stylized farmer, with peach colored hands, wearing blue overalls, a white shirt, and a yellow hat. The farmer is carrying a yellow bag with a strap and is standing on the top left of the circle, in front of green, orange, and yellow rolling hills, with a green tree with red fruit on the top right of the circle, with an orange sky at the very top of the circle. Below the banner on the bottom half of the circle is a selection of fruits and vegetables, namely, from left to right within the circle, a red apple, purple grapes, a red raspberry, purple blueberries, and an orange carrot with a green stalk. The fruits and vegetables are all superimposed over a background of green leaves and lettuces. All of the foregoing colors in the scene depicted above and below the oblong banner are highlighted, stylized, or shaded with black lines and the fruits, leaves, and lettuces are highlighted with white to depict a reflection of the light.
