Mark description

The mark consists of the color(s) green, black, white, teal, dark teal, yellow-orange, light gray, silver/gray is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a green gator with its (4) white teeth showing as it smiles. The gator has the striped markings of a gator on his stomach, and green eyebrows that are drawn on top of the sweat band along with (5) light gray ridges that trail down his tail. The athletic looking gator is dressed in his black tank top workout shirt (that covers only half of his stomach) and the shirt has a picture of a teal dumbbell with a white circle behind it. He is wearing a teal and black sweat band and black sunglasses (with white highlights to show a glare on each of the lenses).
