M COUNT DOWN

Mark description

The mark consists of three rows of centered wording, with the top row consisting of a stylized letter "M" appearing in white in the center of a black rectangular shape with rounded corners. The second row consists of the stylized word "COUNT" appearing in white within a black rectangular shape with gray lines running horizontally behind the word "COUNT". Appearing in the center of the letter "N" of the word "COUNT" is a graphic element resembling a hexagon consisting of five equal triangular shaped segments with the sixth piece missing. The left portion of the hexagon consists of a pink triangle on top of a downward facing gray triangle. The right portion of the hexagon consists of a blue triangle on top of a downward facing white triangle. In the top center of the hexagon is a downward facing white triangle on top of the missing segment that is simply black. The third row consists of the stylized word "DOWN" appearing in white within a black rectangular shape with gray lines running horizontally behind the word "DOWN". There is gray shading appearing in all of the three rows of wording shown in white. Surrounding each row of wording, in varying degrees of thickness, is a border of white, pink and black. Within the border surrounding the bottom of the first row are two triangular shaped graphic elements, with the one on the left appearing in black and the one on the right appearing in black and white. Within the border surrounding the bottom of the second row are two blue triangular shaped graphic elements. Between the third row and the bottom border appears a triangle outlined in black. This triangle is divided into three graphic elements consisting of a large pink triangular shape to the left, a smaller white triangular shape to the right and a blue rectangular shape outlined in black separating the two. Behind the entire design consisting of the three rows of wording and borders appear graphic elements resembling triangular shaped points of stars in blue, gray, pink, white and black with various shading in each.
