Mark description

The mark consists of the three-dimensional product packaging of the goods which is a black bottle that has a black cap and cork. There is a silver cross outlined in black with black distressing centered on the front of the bottle. There is a silver trapezoid-shaped label which is outlined in black centered on the bottom of the back of the bottle. The label has a black sideways cross design in each of the two upper corners with the word "COGNAC" in black centered at the top of the label. The wording "D'USSE XO" appears in black centered in the middle of the label. The wording "CHATEAU DE COGNAC" and "FRANCE" appears in black across the bottom portion of the label. The neck of the bottle protrudes slightly towards the rim and cap with a black outline under the rim. The front of the bottle has two elongated approximately .25 inch indented chevron triangle shapes extending from the bottom of the bottle approximately 80% up the oval shape of the body of the bottle. The rear of the bottle also has two elongated approximately .25 inch indented chevron triangle shapes extending from the bottom of the bottle approximately 80% up the oval shape of the body of the bottle. The shape of the bottle's cork which appears in dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
