Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the bottle for the goods with wording and two-dimensional designs thereon. The cap of the container is a silver cap on which the phrase "EL RON MAS PREMIADO" is partially showing in gray. There is a black label perpendicular to the cap with a red bat and the red word "BACARDI" above the bat and the red wording "LA MAXIMA CALIDAD" partially showing as a stamp partly blocking the silver wording "EL RON MAS PREMIADO over EST. 1862" and "FACUNDO" in script. There is an embossed image of intertwined stylized women and two palm trees. At the bottom of the bottle is "FACUNDO" embossed in script. The dotted lines outlining the container and cap indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
