The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a swimming pool cover. The cover is of circular shape and generally blue in color. The cover features an outer circular tube along the circumference of the cover and a surrounding blue skirt on the outer portion of the circumferential tube. The cover features a flat surface immediately within the circumferential tube. The cover also features a circular inner portion. A partially texturized surface of air bubbles appears over the inner portion of the cover. The inner portion also features a printed design. The printed design comprises a setting sun figure partially obstructed on the bottom; the sun appears in colors fading from top to bottom in the following order: red, orange, yellow, green. A green silhouette of a palm tree originating from the green bottom portion of the sun appears within the middle of the sun. The printed design also features the wording "SOLAR SUN RINGS" appearing above the sun in stylized lettering and in colors alternating in the following order: red, yellow, green. The broken lines depicting the grommets for use in interconnecting products indicate placement of the mark component on the goods and are not part of the mark.
