Mark description

The mark consists of the letter "S" of the literal element "SHERUTE" as a stylized upper-case "S" depicted to be a three-dimensional metal structure angled towards the right side, consisting of twelve (12) small bolts in light gray positioned on twelve (12) separate corners on the face of the "S". The face of the "S" appears in varying shades of gray, outlined by a thin line of dark gray and contains various thin vertical gray lines. The top and the sides of the "S" are varying shades of a lighter gray than the face of the "S", outlined by a thin gray line and contain various thin vertical gray lines, giving the "S" a three-dimensional appearance. The "HERUTE" of "SHERUTE" is in a stylized upper-case black font smaller than that of the "S" and is positioned to the right of the center of the "S". The "L.L.C." is in a stylized upper-case black font smaller than that of the "HERUTE" and is positioned to the right of the "HERUTE". Two (2) parallel ribbons in varying shades of gold, run diagonally beneath "HERUTE L.L.C." starting underneath the "H" and ending on the right of the "L.L.C." by tapering off to a 45° angle.
