Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a stylized bottle design comprised of a blue cap with a hole in the center and an integrated clear, transparent beverage straw, with a front label placed on the front of the bottle and a back label placed on the back of the bottle. The design on the front label consists of the stylized word "FIJI" in white outlined in gold and a stylized rendering of a pink hibiscus flower surrounded by green foliage. The design on the back label, which faces the interior of the bottle, consists of green palm tree fronds on a blue background. When the two designs are viewed together from the front, they form a complete scene. The broken black lines depicting the bottle shape, cap shape, a hole sufficient in size to accommodate a straw through the cap, and straw merely indicate the placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. The white color on the straw and areas on the bottle outside "FIJI" represents clear, transparent areas and is not part of the mark. The black color on the sides of the bottle cap represents shading and is not part of the mark.
