Mark description

The mark consists of cartoon-like caricature of a walking hamburger, carrying a tan and black paper sack marked on the side with "ZAC'S Est. 1984" in black lettering. The hamburger character is walking towards the right. It has two legs, arms and eyes. The top half of the bun -- the character's head -- is colored light brown with black spots. The character is wearing a green and black hat with a gray underside that partly covers its blue and white eyes, which are circled in black resembling spectacles. The mouth consists of stylized green lettuce, red tomato, and dark brown hamburger patty on a black background; below the mouth, the bun appears in two layers, the top layer under the mouth is colored yellow-orange with black splotches and lies over a medium brown body with stray black spots; the legs and arms are black and white sticklike appendages. The character's hands are wearing white and black gloves, with the right hand carrying the sack and the left hand holding a clenched fist in walking position. The character is wearing a red, white and black sneaker on the right foot, while the left foot is mostly obscured by the sack and only shows the top white and black portion of the sneaker. The hamburger caricature and sack designs are outlined in black.
