Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized design of a wave curling to the right in shades of light and dark blue, white, and black with yellow over the top and right side of the wave, and orange above, framed in a rectangle with an inner black border and a light blue wavy border which is to the left of the words "BEACH" (in light blue letters) "'N" (in lighter blue letters) against a black background on the top line, the word "BOARDS" (in white letters) against a dark blue background on the middle line, and on the third line, the term "FEST" (in white letters outlined with inner dark blue and outer green) against a medium blue background which appears to be painted over a black background, the word portion of the design encompassed within a tan border on the top, right side, and bottom, and which connects to the black frame on the right side of the wave and to the left side of the words.
