Mark description

The mark consists of the design features of the front of a cereal box package. The dotted outline of the packaging is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark. A banner design which has the words "GOLDEN FOODS" in white letters on a red background appears in the upper left corner. Two wavy lines in blue and yellow appear at the bottom of the banner design and underneath the term "GOLDEN" followed by the term "FOODS". Below the banner appears a fanciful alligator character dressed in a brown and light brown vest outlined in black. The alligator character holds a brown and light brown safari style hat in his right arm above his head. The colors green and light green appear on the depiction of the body, hands, tail and face of the alligator. The color yellow appears on the alligator's torso, neck, chin and spikes on the back of his tail and on the back of his neck. The color white appears on the depiction of the eyes and teeth of the alligator. The color red appears on the depiction of the tongue of the alligator. The color blue appears on the depiction of the eyes of the alligator. The color brown appears on the depiction of the inside of the mouth of the alligator. The color black appears on the depiction of the eyes and nostrils of the alligator. The color blue appears on the depiction of the eyes. Behind the alligator appear a brown mountain silhouette and a brown and light brown sky. To the far right side of the brown mountains are brown tree silhouettes. The stylized wording "CHOCO NUBIS" appear above the mountain directly above the tree silhouettes. The term "CHOCO" is located above the term "NUBIS" and the words appear in lime green letters with a yellow and black outline. Brown leaves protrude from the letters "C" and "N" at the beginning of "CHOCO NUBIS" to the left and protrude above and to the right of the letters "OCO" in the term "CHOCO". The words "ARROZ INFLADO CON SABOR A CHOCOLATE" in yellow lettering appear in smaller font directly below the wording "CHOCO NUBIS". The alligator is standing behind a yellow bowl with green trim. The bowl contains brown and light brown cereal pieces, with three yellow banana slices having brown specks towards the center, and light brown colored chocolate milk. The chocolate milk appears to splash out to the right side of the bowl along with three pieces of cereal. In the foreground appear brown and light brown plant designs. The designs protrude partially onto the alligator's tail, onto the bowl, and in to the cereal in the bowl. In the lower right corner appears a design consisting of a purple and green banner with a yellow circle to the far left side of the design and between the purple and green banner. Behind the banner is a yellow and white atom design which has yellow, purple and green balls encircling the atom design and the atom design is set against a blue background.
