Mark description

The mark consists of the design features of the front of a cereal box package. The dotted outline of the packaging is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark. A banner design which has the words "GOLDEN FOODS" in white letters on a red background appears in the upper left corner. Three wavy lines in blue, white and yellow appear at the bottom of the banner design and underneath the words "GOLDEN FOODS". Below the banner, the wording "CORN" appears in black with white highlighting and gray outlining and underneath the wording "FLAKES" appears in red with white highlighting and gray outlining. Below this word appears a fanciful scarecrow character. The character appears in brown and light brown with green, white and black eyes, a red and light brown nose, a black, white and red mouth, a green hat with brown and light brown straws protruding from the hat, white and gray gloves, a red and white striped shirt, a red bandana, and is holding a silver, black and white spoon. The character is looking at a white bowl of cereal with strawberries. The strawberries appear in red with specks of white and have green stems. The cereal appears in yellow with white highlighting. The white bowl appears on a bed of green and light green leaves. In the lower right corner appears a design consisting of a purple and green banner with a yellow circle to the far left side of the design and between the purple and green banner. Behind the banner is a yellow and white atom design which has yellow, purple and green balls encircling the atom design. The color red appears in the background in the lower right corner. And all of the aforementioned are superimposed against a white background.
