Mark description

The mark consists of A depiction of a body in movement is created from three shapes on the left side of the mark. The top shape is a vertical oval; the middle shape is a tilde, which is the width of five ovals; the bottom shape is a round bracket open to the bottom, which is wider than the middle shape. The capital letters "OSR" appear in stylized lettering to the right of the depiction. The middle of the letters are in line with the right tip of the tilde and the entire letters span vertically from approximately the bottom of the oval in the body depiction to slightly below the middle of the rounded bracket. A smaller vertical oval than in the depiction appears between the "O" and "S" and between the "S" and "R", halfway up the letters. The depiction, letters "OSR" and small ovals are all angled to the upper right. The words "Physical Therapy", with only the "P" and "T" capitalized, appear below, and span the width of the letters "OSR" and down to slightly above the bottom point of the rounded bracket.
