Mark description

The mark is the front of package and consists of the wording "ANCHO REYES" in bold, stylized font in the center of the design mark and at an angle, with the "A" in "ANCHO" above the "R" in "REYES". In between "ANCHO" and "REYES" is the wording "MARCA REGISTRADA" upon a geometrical shape with indented ends. This shape parallels the slant of the wording "ANCHO REYES". Immediately above the "A" in "ANCHO" is the wording "MENJURJE" and to the left of the "A" and below "MENJURJE" appears the wording "DE". The first segment of the "M" in "MENJURJE" trails down to the bottom of the "A" in "ANCHO". Immediately above "MENJURJE" is the wording "DELICIOSO" in smaller font with a line extending to the right of "DELICIOSO" and ending with a bullet point. Below the bullet point is a curvey line that follows to the right of the "E" in "MENJURJE". Below the wording "REYES" is the wording "ANCHO CHILE LIQUEUR" in increasing font size from small to large. To the right, left, top and bottom of "ANCHO REYES ANCHO CHILE LIQUEUR" appear multiple floral patterns. Above the "H" in "ANCHO" are five parallel lines of increasing length, which lines end in bullet points at their right sides. Below and to the left of "ANCHO CHILE LIQUEUR" appear multiple parallel lines, which lines are in the background to this wording. In the middle of these parallel lines, and below the first "H" in "ANCHO CHILE" appears a circular seal with the initials "AR" in the middle. To the right of this seal, and also upon the parallel lines appears the image of a chile pepper inside of a circle. To the left of this seal, and also upon the parallel lines, appears a five-sided geometric shape, the bottom of which is indented towards the "R" in "REYES". In this shape appears the wording "SEA UD PRECAVIDO". Below this wording and within the geometric shape are multiple parallel lines, which lines are perpendicular to the lines upon which the seal rests. In the middle of these lines appears a circle with the word "NO" inside. Below this circle appears the wording "ACEPTE IMITACIONES". Below the seal, a rectangle rests atop the parallel lines. In this rectangle appears the wording "LIQUEUR 40% ALC/VOL 750 ML". Immediately above the wording "LIQUEUR", "ALC/VOL" and "ML" appear lines. And a straight line, perpendicular to these lines appears to the right of the "L" in "VOL". Above the wording "DELICIOSO MENJURJE DE" "ANCHO REYES" appears multiple parallel lines. The lowest parallel line has a bullet point in the middle that bifurcates it. Upon these parallel lines rests a rectangle in which the wording "IDEAL COMO APERITIVO" is placed. Between "COMO" and "APERITIVO" appears the image of a shot glass with liquor inside. A circle surrounds this shot glass, which circle extends above and below the rectangle. Lines appear above and below the wording "IDEAL COMO" and "APERITIVO" within this rectangle. To the left of the "I" in "IDEAL" appears a double-outlined diamond shape that contains multiple parallel lines, which lines are perpendicular to the parallel lines upon which the wording "IDEAL COMO APERITIVO" sits. Atop these lines appears the wording "EL ORIGINAL". To the right of the "O" in "APERITIVO" appears the wording "ALTISIMA CALI DAD". In between these two "PUEBLA" designs appears the wording "1927". In between the "19" and "27" appears a geometric design reminiscent of a movie ticket upon which the wording "MEXICO" rests. The "E" in "MEXICO" has an accent. Above the "ticket" design appears a crown design. Above this appears the wording "HECHO EN" wrapped in a semi-circle. The right left and bottom of the entire design is bordered a line. At the corner of each of these lines is a floral pattern. At the very bottom of the entire design appears the wording "HEROICA PUEBLA DE ZARAGOZA". The "O" in "HEROICA" has an accent. The "DE" has lines that appear both immediately above and below this wording.
