Mark description

The mark consists of the rectangular face of an orange ATM machine having the words "LOGIX SMARTER BANKING" with "LOGIX" in gray including a small orange square over the letter "I" and "SMARTER BANKING" in orange stacked on the right side of the word "LOGIX" on an inset rectangular white banner at the top of the rectangular face of the machine and having two additional inset rectangular panels underneath the banner; the right panel extending across the approximate right third of the rectangular face of the machine having a rectangular space in the center of the panel for a placard and having a shelf beneath the panel and a waste bin beneath the shelf; and the left panel extending across the approximate left two-thirds of the rectangular face of the machine and having a ledge consisting of a semicircular decorative protrusion having an angular top appearing beneath the panel and a quadrilateral inset space in the center of the panel in which the visual screen and control buttons of the ATM machine could be contained. The matter depicted in broken lines consisting of the inset left rectangular panel comprising the quadrilateral inset space in the center of the panel in which the visual screen and control buttons of the ATM machine could be contained, the rectangular space for a placard in the right panel extending across the approximate right third of the rectangular face of the machine, the shelf beneath that panel and the waste bin beneath the shelf, and the rectangular exterior perimeter of the machine are not claimed as features of the mark but are merely used to show placement of the mark.
