Mark description

The mark consists of a green statue of liberty with black highlighting and outlining, holding a brown coffee cup with black writing and a white top and bottom in the right hand and a red, white and black guitar with a black shoulder strap in the left hand, with gray and black skyscrapers with white windows behind her right shoulder, behind which appears a red and brown semi-circle border, on either side of which is a yellow wing design with black lining and outlining, with six grains on the lower vertical border on each side; below the statue is a gray banner outlined in black and yellow with the word "BREAKFAST" in white with yellow highlighting at the bottom, below which appears an oval in gray with white outlining, inside of which appears the word "in" in black lower case lettering, on either side of which appears a folded continuation of the gray border with yellow trim, white pin-striping, and a red star with white and black outlining on either side, with the word "AMERICA" in uppercase black lettering on a yellow background below the word "in", below which appears another smaller gray banner with black outlining and the words "MORNING BREW" in black.
