Mark description

The mark consists of an image on the left and the literal element on the right. The image on the left side of the mark consists of a quarter of a parabolic conic section resembling a slice of pie with its center at the bottom right. The bottom and right side of the image consist of a vertical line and a straight line intersecting at a ninety degree angle, and the left side of the image is formed by an ascending arc culminating with the parabolic vertex which connects the ends of the horizontal and vertical lines. The interior of the image is bisected horizontally by a single, white line and vertically by three white lines forming seven interior segments, each in a different color, with the bottom right appearing in yellow, the top middle appearing in blue, the top right appearing in light blue, the top left appearing in dark blue, the bottom middle appearing in green, the bottom left appearing in light green and the bottom left middle appearing in dark green. In addition, the top half of the image is bisected by two diagonal white lines converging on the right side of the image and terminating separately on two points on the arc marking the focus of the parabola. To the right, the literal element consists of two lines, with the wording "INCOME FOCUS" appearing as the top line in large, capital letters in blue font, and the wording "Portfolio Management" appearing as the bottom line in lower case, first letters capitalized, in blue font. The color white represents lining and is claimed as a feature of the mark.
