Mark description

The mark consists of a black circumplex image that is divided into eight slices and three tiers. Beginning at the top of the circumplex, the eight slices of the circumplex are labeled (moving clockwise) "Talent Engine", "Professional Development", "Consumer Insight", "Market Penetration", "Collaboration", "External Focus", "Affinity Impact" and "Systems". These 8 labels are in black font with a yellow background. The "Talent Engine" and "Professional Development" slices of the circumplex appear in red. The "Consumer Insight" and "Market Penetration" slices of the circumplex appear in orange. The "Collaboration" and "External Focus" slices of the circumplex appear in green and the "Affinity Impact" and "Systems" slices of the circumplex appear in blue. At the center of the circumplex appears a small circle in black with the words "ERG MISSION" written in white letters.
