Mark description

The mark consists of a blue circle having the letters "IPA" in the center thereof in a stylized font that is yellow in color with a series of straight blue lines running partially there through, the words "Johnny's American" appearing inside the blue circle in white centered above the letters "IPA" with the term "Johnny's" in cursive font using a white star symbol for an apostrophe before the letter "S", and the words "PREMIUM MICROBREW INDIA PALE ALE" appearing inside the blue circle in white block lettering centered below the letters "IPA", and the term "PREMIUM" having letters with a greater thickness than the words "INDIA PALE ALE". The blue circle has a concentric white border of uniform thickness surrounding its entire perimeter, followed by an additional by concentric red border of uniform thickness surrounding the entire perimeter of the white border. Successive alternating accurate borders of white and red further radiate outwardly above and below the blue circle. Intersecting the third red border above the blue circle is a straight horizontally disposed band of red with the words "India Pale Ale" and "Put some HOPS in your step" shown in white within the red band. Intersecting the fifth red border below the blue circle is a straight horizontally disposed band of red with the words "Moab Brewery Moab, UT" and "Say Mo-ab, you pilgrams!" in white within the red band. A vertically centered white rectangle appears extending from inside a bottom portion of the blue circle down to the bottom outside edge of the lower red horizontally disposed band and contains the word "Rejoice" in red cursive font at the top end of the rectangle proximate to an edge of the blue circle with glass of beverage appearing below the word "Rejoice", the glass having a blue outline with a yellow colored interior, and a blue pictograph figure appearing below the glass with hands stretched upwardly in an attitude of reaching for the glass, and the words "MOAB BREWERY MOAB, UT" shown in black letters centered below the pictograph figure.
