Mark description
The mark consists of two framing portions: above, a shaded oval with a decorative border, with left and right sides being mirror images, and with the stylized term "FAKE BAKE" positioned in the center of the oval. Positioned just above center of the oval and just below it are identical silhouetted mirror image figures of two reclining women supporting themselves on their elbows with their legs in the air, one leg extended straight up/down, the other leg bent at a 45 degree angle with the toes touching the toes of the foot on the mirror image. Below the oval described above is a second fanciful design, also consisting of mirror image left and right sides, comprised of heads and silhouettes of women, flowers, leaves, and swirling shapes. At the very top of this design the silhouettes of two standing women appear, with one leg in front of the other and hands extending overhead to meet at the vertical axis of the design. Below that image appear two more silhouettes of women, facing forward, with their interior arms at their waists and their exterior arms bent behind their heads. Just to the outer left and right of these images appear the heads of two women with curling hair, facing inward toward the central axis of the design. The final silhouetted standing female figure appears along the central vertical axis of the design, with legs crossed and left arm behind her head and right arm at her waist. This figure is the only element of the mark which is not a part of a mirror image. The leaves, flowers and swirling shapes fill in the rest of design, creating the approximate shape of a pyramid with partially straight vertical sides. The matter shown in dotted lines is not part of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark on the package for the goods.
