BALLHEAD

Mark description

The mark consists of a combined or merged, basketball, baseball and football wearing a baseball cap backwards with the cap displaying the word "BALLHEAD" in outlined block letters. The aforesaid combined ball displays the image of a face with two eyes, each consisting of an outside eye socket in an oval shape containing the image of an eyeball and a swoop from the left eye indicating the bridge of the nose followed by a half circle representing the tip of the nose, along with two additional lines in the center of the face above the eyes to indicate a squinting of the eyes. The mouth consists of a horizontal tear-drop shape to imitate a stern face which includes a squiggly line to indicate grinding teeth. The left side of the face contains horizontal lines to indicate a basketball, the center shows a section of the cowhide to indicate a baseball and the right side of the face contains eight rectangles to indicate stitches in a football. The cap on the baseball consists of three vertical lines and a brim of the hat which is facing backwards.
