Mark description

The mark consists of the name "AccuDock", with a horizontal line beginning in the space between the capital "A" and the letter "c" through the middle of the letters "ccu" continuing through the capital "D" and letter "o", and terminating at the outside border of the third lower case "c", a line beginning slightly above the "o" tilting slightly to the right of vertical intersecting the horizontal line at the midsection of the "o" and extending slightly below that letter suggestive of a targeting or scope sight, a horizontal crescent extending from just to the right of the vertical line extending below the "o" to a horizontal point below and at the end of the "k", a wavy line below the horizontal crescent extending from below the outer border of the "u" to a point on a line with and to the right of the termination of the crescent, and where the design elements and the letter "o" are of a somewhat different tone than the letters "AccuD" and "ck" suggestive of waves.
