Mark description

The mark consists of a Hindu elephant design, with a green elephant head and white tusks and white, black, blue, yellow and pink features on the elephant's face and trunk. The elephant is wearing a gray crown or headdress featuring the heads of three women in black, gray and white, and pink, blue, yellow and black decorative elements. The elephant head is attached to a tan body with four arms and two legs. The legs are robed in a green cloth with black details and the body and limbs feature rings, anklets, bracelets, arm bands and a collar in gray, black, yellow, red and pink. In the hands are a gray, black, pink and red ax, a gray, black and pink flail topped by a gray and pink lotus flower, a yellow orb featuring the word "DATTA" in yellow, outlined in black, and a black, yellow, gray and blue peacock quill. Between the legs is a musical instrument in yellow with red, black and gray decorations including musical notes and the OM symbol. To the left of the instrument is a brown mouse with white and black details wearing a red blanket with white and black details. The Hindu elephant and human design is placed on top of the design of a globe with yellow representing the land mass and blue for the water mass. The colors white, green, and orange appear where the territory of India is represented on the map. To the left of the globe is an image of a woman in traditional Hindu attire with black hair, tan skin, black, white and brown facial features, white and pink jewelry, and purple and orange clothing. To the right of the globe appears a man in traditional Hindu attire with black hair, tan skin, brown, white, pink and black facial features, pink head wear, a white beard, and purple and orange clothing. Behind the elephant head human design appears a white spot representing the sun with yellow and orange rays extending from the sun.
