The mark consists of a vertical oval with a picture of the head of William O. Sloan. The oval is filled in with the color red with a white outline around the border. William's face is white with the outlines of his facial features being the color red. Across the bottom of the oval is a white frayed banner with red outlines and capital red letters spelling the word "POP'S". At each end of the banner there are red scratch marks where the banner turns. The left side of the banner turns up and the right side of the banner turns down. The left end of the banner has a white unbloomed flower with red outlines that appears to be growing from the frayed edge and the right end of the banner has a white blooming flower with red outlines that also appears to be growing from the frayed edge. On this blooming flower on the right end is a red hummingbird who appears to be feeding at the blooming flower.
