ESTD 1691 NOLET'S DRY GIN SILVER IMPORTED NOLET DISTILLERY

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods, namely a bottle. The bottle is dark green and the neck of the bottle is silver and dark green. The cap on the very top of the bottle is black, green, yellow, silver, blue, red, and white. On the top of the bottle on the cap is a depiction of an ornamental coat of arms on a black circle, surrounded by a silver ring. The coat of arms comprises a shield, bifurcated in the middle into two equal sections, a left side and a right side. The left side of the shield is blue with a white bull's head. The right side of the shield is red and is separated into two sections, an upper and a lower section. In each section are situated three white clovers, two at the top of each section and one centered below. On either side of the shield are two yellow unicorns, on their hind legs whose bodies face the shield with their front legs in the air and whose heads are turned away from the shield. Another, larger bull's head, in white, is centered atop the shield. Green foliage emerges from beneath the coat of arms. Red, blue, and white foliage appears above the shield but below the larger bull's head. The rest of the cap is comprised of metallic silver. At the bottom of the cap, in silver, are engraved the words "THE NOLET DISTILLERY 1691." Below the cap, but still on the silver neck of the bottle, is a depiction of the coat of arms design in black. To the left of the coat of arms design is the word "EST D," in bold black font, the "D" slightly smaller than the other letters with a black dot centered underneath, and to the right is the term "1691" in bold, black font. On the front of the bottle, toward the top, is a depiction of the same coat of arms depicted above, but in silver. To the left of the coat of arms design is the word "EST D," in bold silver font, the "D" slightly smaller than the other letters with a silver dot centered underneath, and to the right is the term "1691" in bold, silver font. Below this coat of arms is the term "NOLET'S" in large, white, bold letters. The words "DRY GIN" appear centered below the term "NOLET'S" in slightly smaller bold, white letters. Below the words "DRY GIN" is a broken horizontal line with five dots near the middle in white. Below the broken horizontal line is a silver rectangle with a horizontal black line near the top, near the center, and near the bottom. In the center of the rectangle is the term "SILVER IMPORTED" in bold, black font, wherein the term "SILVER" is above the term "IMPORTED," which is slightly smaller. The term "IMPORTED" is surrounded by a silver rectangle in the center of the middle horizontal line. Towards the bottom of the front of the bottle is an underlined signature, in white, stylized font, which reads "C.H.J. Nolet." On the side of the bottle is an indented circle in the glass in which is situated a raised depiction of the coat of arms described above, all in dark green glass. The broken lines depicting the top, bottom, and edges of the bottle serve only to indicate placement of the mark and are not part of the mark. The color black appearing in the circular lines on the neck of the bottle, in the wording "THE NOLET DISTILLERY 1691" on the neck of the bottle, in the coat of arms on the front of the bottle, in the small rectangle surrounding the word "IMPORTED," and in the coat of arms on the side of the bottle, is used to depict depth and is not part of the mark.
