Mark description

The mark consists of the words "CYCLA, LLC" in capital letters with the words "Thrift Recycling Professionals", in initial capitals only, set forth directly below, horizontally oriented, and beginning at a point midway between the "Y" and the second "C" in "CYCLA"; with the combined phrases surrounded by: (I) A partial oval shape with the following characteristics: (a) a horizontal axis of symmetry that is aligned with the uppermost portions of the letters in the words "CYCLA, LLC"; (b) its left vertex is located one letter space to the left of the first "C" in "CYCLA"; (c) the shape of the oval interrupted and no longer visible beginning at a point approximately located one letter space above the "C" in "LLC" at zero degrees (Long tail endpoint) and continuing clockwise and ending on a point approximately located one letter space away and 225 degrees below and to the left of the first "C" in "CYCLA" (Short tail endpoint); (d) the oval is thickest just above it's vortex and narrows consistently as it reaches it two respective endpoints; (e) a shading effect is utilized in coloring the inside of the oval to create a three dimensional effect; (f) a shadow effect is utilized on the entire oval to further enhance the three dimensional effect; and (II) a slightly curved stylized line having the following characteristics: (a) an uppermost beginning point ("Line beginning point") that is horizontally equivalent to the oval, but located 1.5 letter spaces to the right of the "C" in "LLC"; (b) an endpoint (Line endpoint) located slightly below and to the left of the Long tail endpoint at approximately 260 degrees in relation to the Long tail endpoint; (c) crossing the long tail of the oval above the "C" in "LLC"; (d) thickness that is greater at the Line beginning point and that consistently narrows to a point at the Line endpoint; and (e) a shadow effect is utilized on the entire line for three dimensional effect. The oval is red, the line is orange, "CYCLA, LLC" is black and "Thrift Recycling Professionals" is grey.
