Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "MI" followed by the word "RULE" which are all in capital letters; the letters "MI" are positioned in the left lower side of the mark and placed on a straight line which forms the beginning of the letter "R" of the word "RULE"; the word "RULE" takes up the majority of the space of the mark wherein the capital letter "R" is designed with a variation in the style of the letter "R" as the beginning of the letter consists of a straight line and the end of the letter "R" extends into a cardiac electrical activity wave form (PQRS) complex symbol which extends to the right side of the mark; the highest point of the PQRS complex symbol (known as the R wave of the cardiac electrical activity wave form) is designed to extend in between the letters "U" and "L" of the word "RULE" and drops back down to extend to the lower right hand side of the mark; the letters "ULE" of the word "RULE" are positioned in the upper right hand side of the mark and above the PQRS complex symbol; the color black is located in the letters "MI"; the color red is located in the letter "R" and in the PQRS complex symbol; the color yellow is located in the letter "U"; the color blue is located in the letter "L"; the color green is located in the letter "E"; all images found in the mark contain gray shadowing; the color white is located in the background of the mark.
