CHUPA CHUPS CREMOSA

Mark description

The mark consists of an overall white background with splotches of black cowhide pattern thereon with a single pink cowhide splotch. On top of the overall background is the stylized word "Chupa" which is in red; directly below is the stylized word "Chups" which is in red; both words are in front of a yellow background which is bordered by a curvy outline with white, red and gold bands, in that order from inside to outside. Directly below the "CHUPA CHUPS" words and design is the stylized word "CREMOSA" which is in white and outlined in blue. The word "CREMOSA" is partially on top of and slanted across a blue banner. The blue banner fades from light blue to dark blue along the length. To the left of the wording "CHUPA CHUPS" and "CREMOSA" is a cow with brown and black splotches and brown hoofs. The cow is wearing a brown collar with a yellow bell. Pictured the side of the cow is a white, black and blue milk can. On the far left and right are pink strips.
