The mark consists of the letters "MI RULE" are all in capitalized letters with the letters "MI" positioned in the lower left hand corner of the mark; the letters "MI" are followed by the big letter "R" which is capitalized and is positioned from the top to the bottom sides of the mark; the letter "R" is followed by the letters "U", "L", and "E" positioned at the upper half area of the mark and form part of the word "RULE" and are in capitalized letters; the letters "MI RULE" is then followed by the letters "Visions" which is positioned in the middle right area of the mark and the letter "V" is a capitalized letter with the remaining letters in lower case. The letter "R" in the word "MI RULE" begins with a straight horizontal line which flows into the "R" itself which is then followed by a cardiac wave form (PQRST) complex symbol. The color black is located in the letters "MI" and in the letters "Visions"; the color red is located in the letter "R" which includes the straight horizontal line and the cardiac wave form (PQRST) complex symbol; the yellow color is located in the letter "U"; the blue color is located in the letter "L"; the green color is located in the letter "E"; the color white is located in the background; the color black is also located in the line which forms the outer square (border) line around the entire mark.
