Mark description

The mark consists of the design of a rectangle representing a one million dollar Federal Reserve Note which consists of the following: a sash design running vertically on the left side of the rectangular note with the stacked words "SINCE 1898", "Bartons" contained within a black oval design, "MILLION DOLLAR BAR", "CREAMY MILK CHOCOLATE", and "NET WT 2 OZ (57g)". The sash design also contains a dotted border and a leaf design between "Bartons" and "MILLION DOLLAR BAR" as well as between "CREAMY MILK CHOCOLATE" and "NET WT." The sash design is superimposed over the words "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE" which is located at the top center of the rectangular design and has a solid background. It is also superimposed over the stacked words "THE" and "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". There is an oval design in the center of the rectangular design with the face of the Statue of Liberty within an oval design with the term "BARTONS" arched on the bottom of the oval. At the base of the oval are stylized leaves on each side. At the top of the oval are stylized lines bracketing the oval. Under the oval design are the words "MILLION DOLLARS". To the right of the oval design in a vertical pattern is "B1000000C", "ALLENTOWN, PA", with shading below the words "ALLENTOWN, PA" made to give the illusion of wording, and "ONE MILLION" with the word "MILLION" located within the word "ONE", superimposed over a circular design. Below the circular design is the name "Larry Rosen" above the wording "Leader of Chocolate". To the left of the name is the wording "EST. IN 1998". The number "1,000,000" appears on all four corners of the rectangular design. The number 2 also appears on all four corners of the rectangular design; the top two located under the 1,000,000 and the bottom two above the 1,000,000. To the right of the circular design is the letter "B.". To the left of the number "2" on the upper left side of the note is the letter "B.". A letter "B" also appears in the lower left corner of the note. The rectangular note is bordered by a stylized leafy pattern which is bordered by a spider web like design and bordered by a solid line border outlined by a second single-lined border.
