Mark description

The mark consists of a half moon shaped window that is divided into five triangular sections by four lines radiating from the bottom center of the window out to the inner edge of the window. There is a separate line that forms the outer edge of the window and between the inner and outer edges of the window is space. Centered beneath the window is the word "Eddie's" in capital letters. Centered beneath that word, in larger letters, is the word "Attic", also in capital letters. Beneath the word "Attic" is a solid rectangle and beneath it is a staircase composed of three steps, which are outlined and which have step areas. Each step going down gets progressively wider giving them a three dimensional effect. Beneath the staircase are the words "Restaurant", "Tavern", and "Music Venue" in that order in capital letters. On either side of the word "Tavern" are circles that separate it from the words "Restaurant" on the left and "Music Venue" on the right.
