Mark description

The mark consists of a two-dimensional rendering of a rectangular label for a condiment bottle. In the top middle section of the label is the wording "NATIONAL" on a banner with striped edges. The letter "I" in "NATIONAL" contains a sunburst. The banner is overlaid on a rectangular background. To the right of the banner are designs of chilies with six-point stars at the top, flower pedals and plumb designs overlaid on a rectangle. In the bottom left section of the label are designs of chilies with six-point stars at the top, flower pedals and plumb designs overlaid on a rectangle, all overlaid on a rectangle. To the right of the rectangle are three flames, all overlaid on a rectangle. The color red appears in the shading for the outline of the label, in the three parallel lines appearing on the drawing, and in the banner on which appears the term "NATIONAL". The color white appears in the text of the wording "NATIONAL", in the outer portion of the flower pedals, and as the shading for the rectangle in the top left corner of the label. The color pink appears as the shading for the two rectangle on which appear the chili designs. The color purple appears as the shading of the chilies and plumbs, and as the background shading for six of the rectangles. The color green appears in the stars above the chilies, the leaves on the plumbs, the top part of the yellow designs. The color orange appears in the three flame designs. The color yellow appears as the shading for four of the rectangle designs, include the rectangle on which appears the term "NATIONAL" and banner, in the designs that also feature green, and in the flame design.
