Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a storefront exterior. The storefront comprises an exterior with the word "SEPHORA" centered directly above the entrance, with the left and right side corners of the entrance having a solid, vertical line extending from the floor to ceiling of the entrance, with seven solid, horizontal bars arranged from the floor to the ceiling of the entrance, with the bars also having solid, horizontal portions which proceed towards the interior of the store. The broken lines depicting the exterior of the storefront signage, the storefront interior floor, ceiling, walls, doors, ceiling fixtures, and entrance security devices indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark and are not part of the mark.
