Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging for the identified goods. A blue background consisting of a blue house, blue trees, blue grass, and a distant blue town appears on the front side and top of the blue product packaging design. A red banner with white edges and gold backing appears on the forefront of the front and top of the product packaging design, with the white word "GAVRILOVIC" across the center of the banner. A smiling woman's head appears on the top right of the banner. The woman has a white hat with red bows and lacing, white and red stripes at the top of the hat, black dots at the front of the hat, and beige skin, brown hair, red lips, white teeth, white eyes with blue and black centers, and a red and white striped and dotted collar. The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The broken lines depicting the oval shape of the top of the container and the silver rim on the top of the container and semi oval silver rim at the bottom of the container indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
