Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods, namely, a clear glass jar with a label and a gold lid. The glass jar comprises six sides that taper upward towards the lid and downward towards the base such that the middle curves outwardly along the jar's circumference. The surface areas of the front and back sides of the jar are greater in size than the four lateral surfaces. On the jar is a yellow polygon label with two curved sides. The label extends over and onto the lid. Within the polygon is a gold line that follows the general shape of the polygon. At the top of the polygon is a portion of a vertical gold banner that extends onto the lid. Below the banner is a design comprised of a red hexagon outlined in gold with a gold beehive in the center of the red hexagon. Above the hexagon is a gold zigzag line with six gold circles above the zigzag line and one gold circle below the zigzag line. To the left and right of the hexagon are gold flowers and below the hexagon is a gold banner. In the center of the yellow polygon is a white sun with white rays. Superimposed over the sun is the stylized wording "LANGNESE" in gold with black outlining. On the lid is a yellow circular label. Within the circular label is circular gold line. Inside the circular gold line is a white sun with white rays. Superimposed over the sun is the stylized wording "LANGNESE" in gold with black outlining. Above the word "LANGNESE" is a design comprising a gold beehive inside a red hexagon with a gold banner below the hexagon, gold flowers to the right and left of the hexagon and a gold zigzag line with six gold circles above the hexagon.
