GIN MG

Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a transparent alcoholic beverage bottle with a gold cap, and a gold label located on the bottom third of the bottle. Above the label, etched into the bottle itself, is the stylized transparent wording "GIN MG" stacked above "RECETA ORIGINAL", then "MG DESTILERIAS", then "CASA FUNDADA", and finally "EN 1835". The label of the bottle is separated into several sections with black lines, all containing wording and design elements. The top-most section on the left-hand side of the label contains the stylized black wording "MÉTODO LONDON DRY GIN", while the top-most section on the right-hand side of the label contains the stylized black wording "RECETA ORIGINAL 1940". The next section down contains the stylized red wording "EXTRA GIN MG SECO" with a red circle to the left and right of the wording. The next section down on the left-hand side contains the stylized black wording "GINEBRA CLÁSICA", and the section to the right of that wording contains the stylized black wording "ELABORACIÓN ARTESANAL". The bottom-most section on the lefthand side contains the stacked, right-justified black wording "70CL" above "40%VOL". The bottom-most section on the right-hand side contains a stylized, black, illegible signature, above the much smaller, stylized black wording "MG DESTILERÍAS / CASA FUNDADA EN 1835". Underlying several of the left-hand sections on the label is a brown design of a leaf within a brown circle. The color white and additional color black represents background or transparent areas, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The broken lines depicting the outside of the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
