Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a white bottle with a white cap, the face of the bottle featuring the words "MEX" in stylized pink letters below an image of a woman's face having black and white eyes, nose, eyebrows, and hair and wearing black, pink, teal, and white skeleton makeup, with a crown of black and white leaves, black, pink, and white leaves, a black and white flower, black, pink, and white strawberries, and a black, white, and teal lime surrounding the woman's black and white hair. The woman wears earrings in black and white forming skulls, and immediately below her face are swirls in black surrounded by teal with a pink, black, and teal flower on either side of an upside-down pink, black, and white heart design with black dots. Designs of flowers in the colors black, white, teal, and pink, strawberries in the colors white and pink, bones in the colors teal and white, leaves in the colors teal, black, pink, and white, and stars and swirls in the colors teal, black, pink, and white extend above, below, and next to the stylized woman's face and span the length of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
