Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle, featuring a label located in the lower front section of the bottle, and featuring a stylized punt at the base of the bottle. The label is in the form of an outline of a stylized coat of arms appearing with the literal element "FREIXENET" in stylized font where a portion of the letter "X" extends down and to the left under the letters "REI" and extends up and to the right over the letters "EN". The stylized punt is comprised of moulded glass vertical fluting creating a visual impression of a taller, heavier bottle made by glassblowers. The surface of the bottle, excluding the label, is also comprised of moulded glass vertical fluting extending from the top (neck) of the bottle to the bottom (base). The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle, and the upper mouth and lip of the bottle, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
