Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration featuring a textured surface covering substantially the entire bottle surface area, a top label with a thin red band. On the lower half of the bottle is a label, which has the following near the top: the words "FONDAT 1806" in gold lettering with an image of a bear, a bottle and a tree in gold, surrounded by a small gold circle on each side. Below is the blue and gold wording "BORSEC" underlined in red, which is above the red wording "REGINA APELOR MINERALE". Beneath the wording is the blue wording "APA MINERALA NATURALA PLATA" and a design of a landscape of white, blue, and grey mountains, blue trees, and a grey river with black rocks within. Superimposed over the river is a red rectangle with the wording "SURSELE BORSEC VALEA CUPELOR FAGET" in gold lettering below an abstract rectangle design. The shape of the bottle is depicted in dotted lines to show placement only and is not part of the mark. The contents of the center label are not claimed as features of the mark.
