Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle, featuring a label located in the lower front section of the bottle. The label is in the form of an outline of a stylized coat of arms appearing with the literal element "FREIXENET" in stylized font where a portion of the letter "X" extends down and to the left under the letters "REI" and extends up and to the right over the letters "EN". A singular stylized letter " X " appears over the wording in the label. The surface of the bottle, excluding the label, is comprised of etched vertical fluting extending from the top (neck) of the bottle to the bottom (base). The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle, the upper mouth and lip of the bottle, and the vertical rectangular band covering the cap of the bottle and extending down the neck of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
