Mark description

The trademark consists of an imprint depicting the wording "ALPI" in fancy characters with a 3D effect, the letter "A" lacking the horizontal stroke, the letters "A", "L" and "P" being variously colored grey, light grey, dark grey and outlined in black, the letter "I" being white, grey and outlined in black, the letters "A" and "L" being arranged above the letters "P" and "I" and enclosed within the 3D-effect outline of a stylized escutcheon interrupted in the upper right-hand corner, the right-hand side extending into the 3D-effect outline of a highly stylized wing, said outlines being variously colored grey, light grey dark grey, silver, black and while, a stylized arrow extending upward and to the left from the bottom of the outline of the escutcheon and following its progression, colored dark grey and fading into grey and light grey upward and to the right.
