Mark description

The mark consists of an irregular blue quadrilateral shape with rounded corners, a curve in the center top and dark blue vertical lines in the quadrilateral shape. There are yellow broken curved bands on the top and bottom of quadrilateral shape as outline to the background. The top portion of the design shows a yellow stylized design of five hop flowers in the shape of a five point star with the wording "EST." and "1890" in yellow color on either sides, below which is the stylized wording "HABECO" in yellow color. The center of the design shows the wording "HANOI" in white color and outlined in dark blue color with two horizontal yellow lines on either side of the word "HANOI". Below the word "HANOI" appears the wording "BOLD" in dark blue color and outlined in light blue color and in bigger size than that of the wording "HANOI". Below the word "BOLD" appears three overlapping circular groups. Each circular group is formed by two concentric circles in yellow color which contain elements in yellow color. From left to right, the first circular group contains the wording "BREWED FROM" above a curved line, above the design of a beer bottle and wheat stalk, all in yellow. The second circular group contains the wording "FINEST INGREDIENTS" above two crossed lines, stylized designs of wheat stalk, hop flower, water and some little overlapping circles, all in yellow. The third circular group contains the wording "SINCE 1890" above a stylized design of hop plant and several oblique lines, all in yellow. To the left of the circular groups appears the wording "VOL" above "355ml" in yellow color. To the right of the circular groups appears the wording "ALC." above "4.8% V/V" in yellow color. Below the circular groups appears the wording "PREMIUM QUALITY" in yellow color. The color white outside the blue quadrilateral shape represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
