Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle packaging with white highlighting having a bulge on the right side with the stylized wording "ENGINE" in white set inside a red rectangle towards the upper center of the bottle, followed below by a red horizontal band stacked on top of a white horizontal band which is followed underneath by a design of a gold and white laurel wreath and a white shield outlined in gold containing a stylized gold engine design with a white lightning bolt in the center and all of which are set against a blue rectangular background. The color gray represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark. The broken lines depicting the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods packaging and are not part of the mark.
