Mark description

The mark consists of the blue stylized wording "TIC TAC TOE", below which is the brown stylized wording "GLOW" behind which is a horizontal light flash shaded inward from red to orange to yellow. Below this is dark blue nine-squared grid with light blue lining and with a lighter blue border fading from light to dark outwardly. From left to right in the top row of the grid is a light blue circle, a red cross, a light blue circle, in the middle row from left to right is a red cross and a blue circle, and in the bottom row from left to right is a blue circle, a red cross, and another red cross. There is a light blue diagonal line overlapping the blue circles from the upper-right to the lower-left part of the grid, and light flash effect in the upper-right portion of the grid.
