Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging trade dress as applied to a bottle. The bottle is green and has a black wrapped cap bearing the wording "WILLIAM GRANT & SONS" in gold script. Superimposed onto the bottom of the black wrapping is a red polygon bearing the number "12" in gold and a design of a stag's head also in gold appears below the "12" and extending onto the neck of the bottle. The wording "VALLEY OF THE DEER" is embossed across the shoulder of the bottle. A gold stag's head appears on the front of the bottle above a chevron design etched into the bottle.
